No. As long as we have safe access through a gate or door code, we can complete the visit while you are away.
What if my dog is outside?
Please follow the access and pet instructions provided during signup. We want every visit to be calm and safe for your dogs and our team.
What happens during severe weather?
If heavy rain or storms make service unsafe or ineffective, we will communicate and reschedule for the next available service day.
Can I change plans later?
