Weather and exceptions

When the normal routine changes.

Florida weather and property conditions are not always predictable. Clear communication keeps the service useful even when a visit needs to shift.

Heavy rain or storms

If conditions prevent safe or effective service, we will communicate and reschedule for the next available day.

Locked or blocked access

If we cannot safely enter the service area, the visit may need to be skipped or moved based on route availability.

Unexpected yard conditions

Construction, standing water, overgrowth, or hazards can limit which areas are serviceable during that visit.

Schedule or plan changes

Use the customer portal or contact us before the route when you need to update service information.

Visit FAQ

The practical details.

Will every piece of waste be found?

We remove visible pet waste from the accessible service areas to the best of our ability. Tall grass, leaves, standing water, clutter, and other conditions can make some waste difficult to see.

What happens to the collected waste?

Standard disposal follows the service arrangement selected during signup. Off-site disposal can be accommodated for a small charge when requested.

Can I be away during service?

Yes. Many customers are not home. Current gate access and a serviceable yard are the important parts.

How should I communicate a one-time change?

Use your customer portal or contact Sunrise Scoopers as early as possible so the route has the correct instructions before arrival.
